Being sick while being sick
Let’s talk about getting sick. I am on my second sick day from work I hate it. I hate letting this disease run my life, I have scleroderma I am not scleroderma.
Most people get sick every few months or whatever they rest take some meds and then feel better. For me and anyone else with chronic illness it’s a little bit different. My body is already going hey wire every day. Chronic pain, aches in the joints. When I am sick it’s everything I feel everyday plus a cough, a fever, runny nose. It fucking sucks.
Getting over being sick for me takes a lot longer them most people, because it usually hits me much harder. I plan on trying to make it up to my co-workers with I’m sorry cookies. Baked good are definitely the way to my co-workers hearts for sure.
